JOB DESCRIPTION: PLC/HMI PROGAMMER 

Employment may include but is not limited to job duties such as developing PLC and HMI programming that is primarily Allen-Bradley/Rockwell based but other systems may be encountered; Develop HMI screen graphics with team input. Contribute to component selection during the estimating and quotation phase of panel projects; Assist with or conduct start-up activities as they relate to controls programming at a customer site as available. Become proficient in using electrical CAD software; Develop electrical symbols and electrical components in electrical CAD software to further populate the libraries in the software of symbols, components and templates used in the U.S. market; Develop electrical panel layouts and schematic drawings for Kenyeri Engineering projects from a Bill of Material for what should be included in the panel.

Employment Classification: 

IL-1099/Contract for 90 days, followed by consideration for full time employment. 

Experience Preferred: 

5 yrs of PLC/HMI programming experience that includes troubleshooting in the field. 

Lunch and Breaks: 

Lunch is 30 minutes and is unpaid after completing 4 hours of work. (2) 15-minute paid breaks can be taken, one before lunch and one after lunch. 

Technical Training: 

Technical training can be made available as needed. Examples may include but is not limited to Allen Bradley/Rockwell training classes and UL certification, with some virtual and some in-person training depending on the class offering. 

Holidays and PTO: 

For full-time employees, 7-10 paid holidays depending on calendar and market demands. 10 days PTO to start for full-time employees.

Payday Frequency: 

Every Friday a timecard is submitted via payroll app. Payment via ACH.
