Automatic Box Machine Control Panel
Electrical Control Panel featuring programmed PLC & HMI with ethernet and indicator lights. This panel reads HMI and pushbutton selections. The PLC compares them to proximity switches and actuates pneumatic pistons. It further moves a safety gate into place and engages staplers to automatically fold and staple three sizes of boxes.

Piping Skid System Control Panel
This panel controls a system of 5 piping skids that includes heat exchangers and variable speed pumps, various valves and pressure, temperature and flow transmitters. KEM took this design & build through FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the fabricator shop and at the customer site.

VFD Pump Panel / Variable Frequency Drive Panel
This panel contains a 30hp Allen Bradley Powerflex 753 variable speed drive to ramp pump motor speed up and down according to customer flow requirements. The panel has a purge system to keep out flammable fumes and a venturi style cooler to economically dissipate heat the drive generates.

Oil Distribution System Control Panel
This panel controlled a 2-pump piping skid circulating oil in an overhead piping loop as well as valves and flow transmitters on 16 production lines. It also monitored level and leak detection in a 15,000 gallon storage tank. It featured an HMI touch screen in the door as well as push buttons for operator input and monitoring oil usage, a PLC and (2) 15hp VFDs to vary pump speed according to plant needs.
