PC | SCHEMATIC Maintenance Agreement

To benefit from our technical support and to acquire updates, you must have a maintenance agreement.

When you choose PCSCHEMATIC Automation, you can purchase a maintenance agreement, which includes:

  • Telephone, e-mail, and remote support
  • Program upgrades (New Versions)
  • Program updates

Telephone, E-mail, and Remote Support

Telephone and e-mail service includes answering questions and trouble-shooting concerning the PCSCHEMATIC Automation program. The telephone support is available between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm CST – except for holidays. 

If our telephone support service is busy or are unable to solve the problem immediately, your issue will be escalated and addressed as soon as possible. We strive to respond to any e-mail support requests within a business day.

While receiving technical support our team may need to connect remotely to your computer. This makes it easier for our team to troubleshoot your issue and demonstrate software use. 

Program Upgrades

PCSCHEMATIC A/S releases an official upgrade each year and Kenyeri Engineering will forward it to you via regular mail. 

Program Updates

PCSCHEMATIC A/S will address known issues with the software on a regular basis. We will notify you about new patches via the built-it web information service in the software. You can also download updates of the last official version here.
